COVID-19 Testing at ExpressMED/BOAC

Are you in need of a COVID-19 test? We’re excited to be bringing Rapid PCR testing to our clinics in downtown Manchester and Salem, NH. (please note: COVID-19 testing is NOT available at our airport location)

For Asymptomatic patients: COVID-19 Rapid PCR Test- Offered on a cash pay basis ONLY!

• Point of Care (POC) Molecular based “Rapid” PCR Test (30 minutes) w/ provider evaluation. SELF PAY ONLY!   $175

For Symptomatic patients: A COVID-19 Rapid Antigen or COVID-19 PCR Test will be ordered at the provider’s discretion.

• Uninsured patients/ out of network patients: If a PCR test is recommended by a provider, patient can choose the Rapid PCR test at the self-pay price of $175. 
• If the patient prefers the lab based PCR test, the self-pay price is $135, but they will receive an additional bill from Quest Diagnostics.
• Uninsured patients/ out of network patients: If the Rapid Antigen test is recommended by a provider, the self-pay price is $135.
• If any other rapid tests are performed in addition to the Rapid Antigen test   (example: rapid strep or rapid flu etc.), the self-pay price is $185.
• If any other rapid tests are performed in addition to the Rapid PCR test (example: rapid strep or rapid flu etc.), the self-pay price is $250.
