ExpressMED is excited to announce the introduction of Enhanced Orthopedic Care, powered by Delphi, a specialized service available at our Downtown Manchester location. Patients will pay $120 a month or $1,200 a year to have unrestricted access to the Provider. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE.
Enhanced Orthopedic Care offers more personalized and accessible care, often including extended appointment times, same-day or next-day visits, texting, calls, and a focus on preventive medicine. Welcome to a new form of true health care.

ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Scott Evans, PA-C
Scott M. Evans, PA-C is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. He completed his masters program for Orthopaedic Physicians Assistant at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska.
Scott has been at New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center since 2000. He was recognized by the Safe Sports Network as Star of the Year in 2019, as the New Hampshire’s Physician Assistant of the year in 2004 and has been the Orthopaedic Journal Club Chairman from 2001 to present.
His sports medicine affiliations have included NCAA Field Hockey, the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL, the New Hampshire Bobcats of the EBL, Granite State Games, NCAA Basketball, Goffstown High School, West High School, East vs West All-Star Football, Memorial High School, NCAA Baseball, NCAA NE-10 Hockey, CHaD Annual Policeman vs Firemen Hockey, USA Hockey, NHIAA Shriner’s All-Star Football Game, AHL All-Star Game, NHIAA Playoff/Championship High School Ice Hockey, New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association Safety Board, Manchester Wolves Arena2 Football, NHIAA Playoff/Championship High School Football, Trinity High School, Central High School Salem High School, New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute Faculty, Saint Anselm College, Southern New Hampshire University, Safe Sports Networks and Empire State Games.
Scott has precepted and taught at New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute, UNH, NHTI, Plymouth State University, MCPHS, Keene State College, Colby Sawyer College, New England College, Springfield College, Notre Dame College, Toro College, Daemen College, University of Rochester.
He has also been a faculty and guest lecturer for a variety of organizations.
Scott’s community involvement includes the Trinity High School Key Club, Hooksett Kiwanis, HYAA Soccer and Baseball, Hooksett Flag Football, i9 Football, coaching youth hockey, the Elite Scholar/Athlete award at Salem High School and the Hooksett Town Planning Board.

By leveraging the expertise of ExpressMED Urgent Care and partnering with renowned physical therapy providers, Apple Therapy, patients can receive comprehensive orthopedic care at a fraction of the cost associated with traditional models. With attention to the timeliness of treatment and access to rehabilitation services, patients can expect the same level of treatment as elite athletes.
This program is managed by Delphi.
