COVID-19 Clinic Safety Protocols

The health and safety of our patients, clients and staff is our highest priority. To be sure that the patients receiving in-person care at our clinics are kept as safe as possible during this unprecedented time, we have implemented the following protocols:

STOP BEFORE ENTERING CLINIC

All patients are asked to STOP before entering the clinic and review the posting on the door.
If the patient is exhibiting any of the symptoms outlined on that document, they are directed to return to their vehicle with a questionnaire/patient information packet available at the door.

IN-VEHICLE TRIAGE

Once the patient is back in their vehicle, they are instructed to call the clinic. A team staff member will visit and collect the completed forms and a licensed medical Provider will review the patient’s information and determine whether or not they meet the criteria to come into the clinic or to remain in the vehicle.

IN-VEHICLE SCREENINGS

If the patient is to remain in the vehicle, the Provider will visit the patient to evaluate their symptoms and direct whether they self-monitor or should be tested COVID-19.

COVID-19 & ANTIBODY TESTING

COVID-19 Testing is available at our Salem and Manchester (downtown) clinics as well as antibody blood tests. Please call the clinic for an appointment.

COVID-19 VACCINE AVAILABILITY

Our Salem and Downtown Manchester clinics are offering the Moderna vaccine for patients 18+. Insurance is accepted and appointments are necessary.

IN-CLINIC VISITS

If the Provider has determined that the patient meets the criteria to safely enter the clinic, they are welcome to come inside the clinic for their visit without fear or risk of exposing themselves or our staff to the virus.

CLEANING & DISINFECTING

All clinics have increased their cleaning protocols and are paying close attention to all touch surfaces. Waiting rooms, main clinic areas, and exam rooms are cleaned continuously after every patient.

SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE CLINIC

We have reduced the number of chairs in our waiting rooms and reconfigured our seating to give patients more space in an effort to comply with social distancing recommendations.
